The longest track record
Our senior management team has worked in Complex Event Logistics for over forty years.
That means there are very few event issues they haven’t met and dealt with. It also means that your company can benefit from all that experience.
What is complex events logistics?
It’s many things, but here’s the short version:
- Scheduling and traffic management (key to pre-show planning for organisers)
- Traffic marshalling
- Heavy lifting
- The worldwide shipping of exhibits
- On-site storage and management
- Innovative, bespoke services that alleviate problems for organisers and exhibitors
Exhibitions happen on six of the world’s seven continents, and ILS handles shipping arrangements to and from them all.
Our unrivalled network of shipping and freight forwarding agents collect and deliver exhibits from Belgium to Brazil and beyond.
Besides working in events, ILS provides heavy lifting and complex lift planning for the construction industry.
When we’re not in exhibition and event spaces, we’re working on hospitals, prisons, military bases, schools, leisure centres and public buildings.
The safety and well-being of our colleagues are our top priority.
It’s why ILS enrolled in the ESSA Accredited scheme when it launched and why we continue participation in this annual, company-level health and safety accreditation.
